Summer grilling shouts bold, smoky flavors and Texas wines are the perfect match. From tender brisket and spicy sausage to charred veggies and smashburgers, Texas wines can elevate every dish hot off the grill.
Here are some of our favorite wines for BBQs and grilling:

Pair with beef ribs, smashburgers and grilled chicken.
Pedernales Cellars 2021 Aletheia
One of Pedernales’ first wines made with organic grapes from Desert Willow Vineyard in the Texas High Plains, this blend of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre has notes of black cherries, black pepper and cocoa.
