The 2023 Estate Viognier from Spicewood Vineyards is the perfect pairing with the pool, patio or porch. It has great acidity and notes of citrus blossom, pineapple, mango and lemon curd. Fermented in stainless steel with some lees stirring, it has ripe fruit flavors with a creamy mouthfeel.
This pairs well with chicken dishes apricot or peach sauces, Pad Thai or creamy and buttery cheeses.
